Popular Nollywood Actor Dies In Rivers State

Popular Nollywood actor, known for his “native movies” in the industry, Prince Dammy Eke, has passed away.

Naija News learned that the actor, passed away after he slumped at a bar in Port Harcourt, River State, south-south Nigeria on Sunday, April 28.

Before his death, the actor was known for his philanthropic acts which he particularly does for children.

The actor was also known for organising free medical check-ups for the children.

Four days before his death, Prince Eke wrote on social media network, Instagram: “Stay Focused, Nobody loves a confused person..when you ignore knowledge you become confused, but when you selfishly acquire knowledge you confuse those that are ignorant of knowledge, knowledge is power, but advance knowledge is more powerful.”

Naija News reports that Prince Eke’s death is coming one week after popular Nollywood movie director, Ifeanyi Onyeabor passed away.
