Biafra: Massive Crowd Welcome IPOB's Nnamdi Kanu In Germany (Video)

A massive crowd of cheering supporters mobbed the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu in Bavaria Munich, Germany.

Naija News recalls that the secessionist leader had announced April 24 on the micro-blogging site, Twitter, that he would address IPOB Family in Germany in a scheduled Townhall meeting on Saturday.

Kanu had tweeted: “I look forward to meeting and addressing the very resolute and formidable IPOB Family in Germany on Sat. 27 April 2019. Townhall meeting will be in the historic city of Munich, time to be announced on Radio Biafra. Join me in a live question and answer session.”

Three days after his tweet, Kanu took to Twitter again to upload a video showing the massive crowd that welcomed him in Bavaria Munich during that visit.

The secessionist leader thanked the “good people of IPOB” for the huge turnout, adding that the turnout proved their “determination to restore Biafra” so they can all “return to our beloved homeland. ”

Kanu tweeted: “I thank the good people of #IPOB for the huge turnout yesterday in Bavaria Munich Not minding the short notice, you proved your determination to restore #Biafra so that we can all return to our beloved homeland. Chukwu Okike Abiama bless you all.”

Meanwhile, Kanu is leading a group seeking secession from Nigeria. The group has since been proscribed by the Nigerian government.
