Man Molests Younger Sister In Zimbabwe

A 28-year old Zimbabwe man has appeared before Gweru Regional Magistrate, Mrs Phathekile Msipa for allegedly molesting his younger sister.

Naija New understands that the Mvuma, Zimbabwe man, (name withheld) allegedly forcefully removed the clothes of his sister and her forced himself onto the unsuspecting sister.

The man is facing a one-count charge bothering on rape, although the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge against him.

Representing the State, Mr Kevin Guvheya told the court that on November 25 in the morning, the accused was left in the company of his younger sister at their home as their mother went out to attend a funeral.

He told the court that the accused went straight to his sister’s room where he found her sleeping and he decided to commit the act.

“The accused forcefully removed her clothes and raped her once, After raping his sister, the accused fled from the scene leaving the complainant crying in her bedroom. The complainant was later found crying in her bedroom by her mother after she returned from the funeral the same day,” said Guvheya.

The court remanded the suspect in prison and adjourned the trial to May 13.
