The Oyo state command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) says it has deployed 64 personnel to the 32 Computer Based Test (CBT) centres in the state for the University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Naija News reports that the NSCDC spokesman in the state, Oluwole Olusegun, made this known in a statement in Ibadan on Wednesday, April 10.

Olusegun said the deployment of the officers was in line with the arrangement between the corps and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.

He also urged the candidates to be law abiding and to be of peaceful conduct especially in the cause of the examination.

He further warned parents to encourage their children to stay away from examination malpractice as the corps would not condone such acts at the CBT centres.
