IPOB Reveals Stand On Sit-At-Home Order In Southeast During 2023 Election

IPOB Reacts To Adeleke’s Sack By The Court

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has lashed out at the Nigerian judiciary, accusing it of acting scripts based on instructions from the Aso Rock cabal.

The proscribed group further accused the Judiciary of neglecting its role as the last hope of the common man and serving the interests of a few political leaders.

The group added that the Judges must maintain neutrality and not allow impunity to be perpetrated through the courtrooms.

Naija News understands IPOB made the submission in a statement signed by its spokesperson, Emma Powerful in which it also reacted to the recent court ruling nullifying the candidacy of Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, in the 2018 Osun Governorship election.

The group vowed that its leader, Nnamdi Kanu will on Saturday do a forensic analysis of the most corrupt, injudicious and evil judiciary on earth on Radio Biafra by 7pm.

According to the statement, “The Nigerian judiciary which is often touted as the last hope of the common man has turned into a nightmare for those unjustly singled out by the state for persecution.

“The judiciary in Nigeria represents the interest of the cabal running Aso Rock and not the common man. Some Judges now use courtrooms to complete illegal and dastardly assignments given to them by the presidency.

“How can one describe the court ruling on Adeleke in respect of Osun governorship election while when President Muhammadu Buhari has not tendered any West African Examination Council, WAEC, a certificate to date.”
