Simon Lalong Re-elected As APC Wins Plateau (Full Results)

Governor Simon Lalong, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party, has been reelected governor of Plateau state.

Naija News reports that the ruling party polled 583,255 votes while PDP had 538,326 votes in Plateau in the March 9 election.

Similarly, in the supplementary poll conducted across nine LGAs in Plateau, Lalong defeated Jeremiah Useni of the PDP with over 3,000 votes in the state.

The result for both elections have been merged and here’s the final outcome:

APC: 595,582

PDP: 546,813

Total valid votes: 1,159,954

Rejected: 16,188

Total votes cast: 1,176,142
