Fani-Kayode Hints At Jimi Agbaje Joining APC

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has claimed that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate for Lagos State, Jimi Agbaje, has joined the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The PDP chieftain made this known in a post on microblogging site, Twitter, on Wednesday.

Naija News recalls that A former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party in Lagos State, Tunji Shelle, had accused Agbaje of causing the party’s defeat in the just concluded governorship election.

He accused Agbaje of sowing a seed of discord and refused efforts by Nigerians to join hands with leaders in the state to achieve results.

Reacting, Fani-Kayode stated that all his closest friends and brothers are abandoning ship and leaving the former ruling party.

He wrote: “First, it was Musiliu Obanikoro, then Iyiola Omisore, then Gbenga Daniel and now Jimi Agbaje. All my closest friends and brothers are abandoning ship and leaving PDP Ouch!”
