Manchester United is facing a fresh injury crisis after Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic returned early from international duty, the UK Mirror reports.

Lukaku was released from the Belgium camp after undergoing an MRI scan on a foot injury, while Matic was allowed to leave Serbia’s squad after picking up an undisclosed problem.

Luke Shaw and Anthony Martial have already withdrawn from the England and France squads respectively.
