House Of Rep Member-Elect In Kano State Dies

Garba Muhammad Butalawa, a House of Representatives member-elect representing Kura, Madobi and Garun Mallam of Kano state, has died.

Naija News gathered that Butalawa, who contested and won on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), died at the Prime Clinic, Lamido Crescent on Saturday at about 2:30 pm.

The shocking news of his death was confirmed by his personal driver, Balarabe Shehu Butalawa.

The lawmaker was said to have been battling a protracted illness before his death.
