A prophecy by Prophet Temitope Aduroja, who predicted Goodluck Jonathan’s defeat in 2015, that the governors of Enugu, Cross River, Delta and Akwa Ibom states will be reelected has come to pass.

Naija News recalls that the clergyman had also predicted that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) will lose Imo State governorship election. Emeka Ihedioha of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Nigeria’s main opposition party, won the election.

Okorocha Warns INEC Over His Certificate of Return

The outgoing governor of Imo state, Rochas Okorocha, says the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), lacks the power to withhold his Certificate of Return.

In his resignation letter, the former aide attributed his reason to the failure of Governor Ganduje to concede defeat to the Guber candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abba Kabir Yusuf, who won the election that has been declared inconclusive in controversial circumstances by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The letter of resignation sent to the Secretary to the State Government (SSG) reads, “I write to formally inform you of my voluntary resignation from the office of SSA, Beautification.

The Edo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has called on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct supplementary elections in two wards in Esan North East Local Government Area.
