As Kano indigenes join others from across several states of the federation to participate in Saturday’s governorship and state assembly elections, sensitive materials are still been expected in from local government areas.

Naija News gathered sensitive materials required for elections in the state are yet to leave the distribution areas in Fagge and Nasarawa Local Goverment Areas of Kano State as at 7:41am on Saturday.

At the Nasarawa Local Government INEC RAC Centre located at Gwagwarwa Primary School, Corps members were seen collecting ballot boxes, papers and INEC branded plastic tables as at 7:45am.

There were also complaints about non payment of allowances.

Dahiru Musa, an Assistant Presiding Officer who was one of the officials waiting to collect the consignment for his unit, complained about the non-payment of allowances.
