Dino Melaye Speaks On Saraki’s Defeat By APC Candidate

The returned representative of the Kogi West Senatorial constituency, Dino Melaye, has reacted as the Senate President, Bukola Saraki lost his re-election bid.

Recall that Naija News had reported that Senator Saraki lost the race to Yahaya Oloriegbe of the All Progressives Congress on Saturday.

The candidate of APC scored a total vote of 123,808 to defeat Saraki who scored 68,994 votes in the four local governments of Kwara Central Senatorial District.

Dino in his reaction took to Twitter to commend the Senate President for defending democracy.

He tweeted, “Sen. Bukola Saraki, the indefatigable defender of our democracy. True Patriot and promoter of our National Heritage. Every orchestration, gang up, manipulation and deliberate wickedness against you is temporal and evaporative.

” You remain my boss, brother and friend. I love you.”
