Lai Mohammed Votes Manually As Card Reader Fails To Recognize His Finger

The minister of information and culture, Alh. Lai Mohammed has voted in the on-going presidential and national assembly election in the country.

However, Naija News understands the card reader failed to authenticate the minister at PU 06, Oro, Irepodun LGA, of Kwara state.

Mohammed was therefore forced to vote manually.

This online platform reports that the card reader issues and failure is not peculiar to the minister’s polling unit.

In some units, voters are exercising their civic duties manually while some are still waiting for the card readers to be fixed of replaced.
