Former Minister of Culture and Tourism Femi Fani-Kayode has denied joining the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

In a post on microblogging site, Twitter, the former Minister restated his support for the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar.

He described reports of him supporting the reelection of President Muhammadu Buhari as ‘absurd.’

Fani-Kayode wrote: “There are some things that beggar belief and that turn the stomach and the absurd suggestion that I no longer support Atiku, that I have left the PDP and that I am now supporting Buhari and APC is one of them.

“The APC disinformation machine fails again!”
