APC Candidate In Eugu State May Lose Candidacy

Less than a week to the rescheduled National Assembly Elections, a Federal High Court sitting in Enugu, has sacked Prince Lawrence Eze as the Enugu East Senatorial candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

The court presided over by Justice Ibrahim Buba held that Eze was not properly nominated.

Justice Buba held that it was a case of ‘monkey dey work, baboon dey chop.’

Naija News reports that the National Assembly elections which was earlier slated for March 2 will now hold on March 9, 2019.
