Chelsea Legend, Frank Lampard Emerges As Favourite To Replace Sarri

Meanwhile, report reaching us at Naija News shows that there are speculations that the former Chelsea captain Frank Lampard is the bookmakers’ favourite to become the next permanent boss as pressure mounts on Maurizio Sarri.

Lampard has impressed so far this season with Derby County in the Championship in what is his first job as a manager since ending his illustrious playing career.

He has guided his side to seventh in the Championship, with 14 wins and eight draws from 30 matches.

And he received a warm welcome from the home fans when he returned to Stamford Bridge with Derby earlier this season.
