Few Hours To Deadline, Crowd Struggle To Get PVC

In readiness for the forthcoming general elections, a crowd has besieged the NYSC office in Warri Delta state to collect their permanent voter card (PVC)

Naija News learnt that some people were seen around the locality as early as 5:00am just to collect their PVC.

Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC had announced that it will stop issuing PVCs tomorrow, 8th February 2019 so as to ensure adequate preparations for the general elections.
