IGP Orders Posting And Redeployment Of 54 Senior Police Officers

Nigeria’s Acting Inspector General of Police, Abubakar Mohammed Adamu has redeployed the newly promoted Assistant Inspectors General of Police and Commissioners of Police at the Force Headquarters.

Recall that Naija News had earlier reported that The Nigerian Police has on Monday, February 4, decorated seven Deputy Inspectors Generals (DIGs).  This is coming after the retirement of seven DIGs after the appointment of the new Inspector General of Police (IGP), Adamu Mohammed.

The IGP in a statement made available to Naija News today, 6^th February 2019 ordered the posting and redeployment of the following Senior Police Officers to Zones, Formations and Commands as follows:

The posting and the redeployment of the affected Senior Police Officers is with immediate effect
