First Lady Returns To Country Holds Meeting With APC Women, Youths

Nigeria’ First Lady, Aisha Buhari has returned to the country after an unannounced medical trip to Europe.

Early last month, Naija News reported that Aisha could not attend campaigns with her husband, the President, Muhammadu Buhari because she was ill.

A Presidency source had disclosed that “She is ill and she has travelled abroad for treatment,” but there has been no authoritative comment or reaction about the First lady’s “illness” or cause for sudden disappearance.

However yesterday night at the presidential villa in Abuja, a healthy Aisha held a meeting with the APC Women and Youths Presidential Campaign Team — a 700-member team she set up for her husband’s second term bid.
