The All Progressives Congress governorship candidate and Ekiti State Governor, Kayode Fayemi has won at the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal on Monday.

The Independent National Electoral Commission had declared Fayemi as the winner of the July 14 election, Naija News recalls.

Olusola in his petition had called on the Ekiti Governorship Election Petition Tribunal to declare him as the winner of the election “having scored the majority of lawful votes.

However, delivering judgement today, the Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja unanimously struck out Eleka’s case and ruled that Fayemi is the duly elected governor of the state.
