Buhari Responds To Obasanjo’s Criticism

President Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday, has criticized former president Olusegun Obasanjo for lunching a fresh attack on his government. Naija News recalls that Chief Olusegun had earlier to alleged plans by President Muhammadu Buhari to rig the 2019 elections, while further comparing All progressive Congress (APC) government to that of Abacha.

Earned Allowance: ASUU Insists On Proof Of Payment To End Strike

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) says the government must show proof of payment of at least N50 billion revitalisation funds for it to consider suspending the on-going strike. ASUU President, Prof. Biodun Ogunyemi, made this known to newsmen on Sunday in Ibadan ahead the union’s meeting with the Federal Government on Monday.

Buhari Will Not Share Nigeria’s Money To Friends, Family — Osinbajo

President Muhammadu Buhari will not share Nigeria’s commonwealth among his family and friends when elected for second term, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo assures.  The vice president gave this assurance during an event organised by Christian Youths in Lagos State, under the aegis of the GRILL, Ikeja Branch, at the Podium Events Centre, Ikeja, Lagos.
