Breaking News: Manchester United Sacks Jose Mourinho

English Premier League side, Manchester United has parted ways with its head coach, Jose Mourinho.

Manchester United announced this on Tuesday morning ahead of their match against PSG in the their Champions League match.

The Red Devils revealed that an interim coach will be recruited until the end of the season.

” José Mourinho has left the club with immediate effect ,” said the statement, ” An interim manager will be hired until the end of the current season, while the club will work on recruiting a new full-time manager. ”

According to Sky Sports, Michael Carrick may take over until May.

Mourinho arrived in Old Trafford in May 2016, succeeding Louis van Gaal. He won the Europa League, the Community Shield and the League Cup in his first season as the head of the Red Devils.
