Customers Concerned Over Access Bank Purchase Of Diamond

As inside sources have disclosed that Diamond Bank has been acquired by Access Bank, Nigerians, customers and non-customers alike have been reacting.

Naija News recall that, a month ago, there had been a rumour that the two banks were planning to merge, a rumour they both rebuffed as being false.

However, as published earlier by Naija News, the Central Bank of Nigeria has midwifed the acquisition of Diamond Bank by Access Bank with an official communication still been expected in the course of the week.

Reactions have therefore flooded twitter, that said some customer are surprised, displeased, some, indifferent and some seeking to understand the impact and implications of the acquisition of Diamond Bank by Access Bank on their savings and funds in either of the banks custody.
