Lawmaker Says Buhari Will Do Better In His Second Term

The House of Representatives member representing Kazaure /Geisel/Yankwashi federal constituency in Jigawa State, Mohammed Kazaure, has noted that nobody can defeat “old man” President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019.

This he said during the launch of “Together Nigeria”, a programme organized by the Buhari Support Organisation, BSO, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, yesterday.

Kazaure also described the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as corrupt politicians in the country.

Recall Buhari, who is seeking a second term in office is a front line contender for the 2019 presidency and as earlier reported by Naija News, he is one of the five presidential candidates whose party was invited by the Broadcasting Organization of Nigeria for the vice presidential and presidential debates towards the 2019 general election.

“I have not seen anybody that will defeat that old man Buhari,” Kazaure said.

He said that the PDP can’t go out campaigning about corruption ahead of the 2019 general election.

Kazaure said Nigerians should ensure Buhari wins so he can “consolidate the gains recorded in the last three-and-a-half years”.

Speaking on the Next Level campaign, Kazaure said, “Let us be patient with the President, the next four years will be better.”

Meanwhile, Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has called on Nigerians to vote out the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress, APC, in 2019, saying Nigerians deserve better things than what his administration is offering.
