Yobe State Speaker Allegedly Resigns Following Rumours Of Impeachment

Yobe state house of assembly’s speaker Adamu Dama Dogo, has resigned.

Daily Trust gathered that Adamu Dogo resigned voluntarily today

However, some lawmakers speaking after plenary claimed his resignation was prompted by impeachment moves building up against him.

The house, immediately, elected Ali Machina as the new speaker.
