LASTMA Calls For Investigation Into Murder Of Its Official By SARS

Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) says law enforcement officers need to respect and appreciate the contributions of traffic officials in the state.

It will be recalled that as earlier reported by Naija News, a LASTMA Officer ,Mr Adeyemo Rotimi was murdered at Iyana-Ipaja at about 6 p.m. on Wednesday by an operative of the Federal Special Anti -Robbery Squad, Inspector Olukunle Olonade, while on duty controlling traffic.

Reacting to the death of a traffic official who was shot and killed by a Federal Special Anti -Robbery Squad operative, the chairman of LASTMA, called for an extensive investigation into the death of Rotimi Adeyemi.
