Champions League: Neymar Reacts To PSG’s Victory Over Liverpool

Former Barcelona player and Paris Saint-Germain forward, Neymar, has reacted to his side’s 2-1 victory over Liverpool in Champions League on Wednesday.

Juan Bernat and Neymar scored for the French Champion, before James Milner pulled one back from the spot for the Reds.

Neymar in his statement revealed that PSG won the game against Jurgen Klopp’s side because they showed great spirit.

He however, said that his side are ready to go as far as possible in the Champions League.

“I was not 100 per cent but this was an important match,” Eurosport quoted Neymar as saying at post-match.

“Injured or not, there was no way I was missing it.

“This was a real battle. I am very happy that we won we showed great spirit, which was crucial to our victory.

“We showed everyone that we are determined to go as far as possible in the Champions League.“
