Billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, has donated the faculty of engineering to Augustine University (AUI) Epe, Lagos.
Otedola, who an indigene of Epe, attended the foundation laying ceremony of the faculty which is slated to gulf about 2 billion Naira for its construction.
Present at the ceremony was Alfred Martins, the proprietor of the institution and Catholic archbishop of Lagos.
Augustine University, which is located in Ilara, a town in Epe, is a private Catholic-owned tertiary institution.
The Cable understands that the institution was approved on February 25, 2015. AUI offers courses at undergraduate and post graduate levels.
