Juventus superstar player, Paulo Dybala, has called on Barcelona captain, Lionel Messi, to return to the Argentina national team.
Dybala stated this ahead of Argentina’s international friendly clash with Mexico on Wednesday.
The last time Messi played for the Argentina side was at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, though it is not clear if he will return to the team again.
Dybala, however, wants Messi back in action for the national team, adding that it’s up to him to decide what he wants to do.
“We all want Messi back in the national team,” Football Italia quoted Dybala as saying.
“We all know the importance of Leo for us, but it’s up to him.
“We are a group made up of many young players and we need the support of the people.”
