Celebrities Pay Tribute To The Creator Of Marvel Superheroes, Stan Lee
Just yesterday the creator of Spider-Man and other Marvel superheroes, Stan Lee, passed on at the age of 95.
Lee had helped shape Marvel’s superheroes into a comic book titan in the 1960s, and he also collaborated with artists such as Jack Kirby and Steve Ditko to create superheroes who would enthrall generations of young readers.
“He felt an obligation to his fans to keep creating,” his daughter J.C. Lee said in a statement to Reuters. “He loved his life and he loved what he did for a living. His family loved him and his fans loved him. He was irreplaceable.”
The daughter however in her statement did not state the cause of his death but TMZ claimed, that an ambulance was called to Lee’s Hollywood Hills home at the early hours of Monday.
He was declared dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
