Man In Court For Sexually Violating Four Year Old Girl

50-year-old factory worker, Ahamad Tijjani Muhammad has been arraigned before a magistrate court in Kano State capital for allegedly deceiving and sexually assaulting a four-year-old girl.

The accused was charged for act of gross indecency.

The court heard that the case was reported by the victim’s father, Yahaya Yakubu to Sharada police station.

The Prosecution Officer, Inspector Haziel Ledapowa, told the court that “the accused lives in the same compound with the victim’s parent and he lured the victim into his room and committed the act.”

When the charge sheet was read to the accused, he denied its content.

The presiding Judge, Senior Magistrate, Hassan Ahmad ordered for the remand of the accused person in prison custody and adjourned the case to 1st November for continuation.
