Three men, Gift Ibrahim, Abubakar Sani and Lawal Abdullahi have bagged two weeks jail terms on Monday.
They were convicted by a Karmo Grade One Area Court, Abuja, for constituting public nuisance.
The three convicts, Ibrahim, Sani and Abdulahi, plead guilt to the one-count charge of constituting public nuisance.
Mr. Inuwa Maiwada, the Magistrate, in his verdict ordered the convict to pay the sum of N2000, as alternative to the terms.
The convicts, according to the prosecutor, Mrs Ijeoma Ukagha, were apprehended at a black spot at Utako village, Abuja.
She said that a team of policemen attached to Utako Police Station led by Insp. Abu Mohammed arrested the convicts on Oct. 11 when they failed to adhere to the instruction.
According to Ukagha, the offence committed is contrary to the provisions of Section 199 of the Penal Code.
