Champions League: Barcelona Coach Warns His Team Against Harry Kane

Barcelona head coach, Ernesto Valverde, ahead of his team’s clash against Tottenham Hotspur in the UEFA Champions League, has warned his players against Harry Kane, who he described as a decisive player.

The coach stated that his side must keep Kane quiet, if they want victory against the English Premier League side at Wembley Stadium.

Barcelona are heading into the game after defeating Dutch champions, PSV Eindhoven in their Champions League opener two weeks ago.

“We know Kane is a decisive player,” Sportmole quoted Valverde as saying at pre-match press conference.

“We cannot compare last year and this year, what we know is his quality. We expect his best on Wednesday and we must try to stop him.”

Kane scored twice in Tottenham’s 2-0 win over Huddersfield Town at the weekend in the Premier League to take his goals tally to five in eight matches this season.
