Birdman Linked To Lil Wayne’s Murder Attempt In 2015

There are speculations that Birdman could be involved in the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne‘s tour bus, after a leaked tape linked him to the shooter, Young Thug’s manager Jimmy “WeeWee Roscoe” Winfrey.

“It’s time for you to come out here and get your money, man . . . You done did everything you could do, boss,” Birdman is heard saying in the call. “It’s an eye-opener, bruh. Strictly business, man.”

Recall that Roscoe was sentenced to 10 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to six of the 27 counts.

However, two months after his sentencing, he appealed his sentence, claiming he was pressured or coerced into a guilty plea.

Roscoe’s conviction got overturned, but he is now being sued, alongside Young Thug and Birdman, by the driver of the tour bus who alleges that they conspired in the shooting.

In court documents filed by the driver’s lawyer, Jeff Gewirtz, phone records show that Thugger called Roscoe eight times in 12 minutes leading up to the shooting.

Last week, the Cobb County District Attorney, Mike Petchenick, said he may be charging Young Thug and Birdman for the 2015 shooting. And now, the leaked tape has surfaced, linking Birdman to the case.
