Psychologist Describes Bill Cosby As A Predator With Uncontrollable Urge

The sentencing hearing of Bill Cosby has begun, SF Gate reports that it opened a debate over whether the comedian should be branded a “sexually violent predator.”

The move is coming three months after Cosby was found guilty of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman 14 years ago on a couch in his Cheltenham, Philadelphia, home.

He convicted by a jury on the second day of his hearing at the Montgomery County Courthouse in Philadelphia, of three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand, an employee of Temple University who he had mentored.

The three counts include penetration with lack of consent, penetration while unconscious, and penetration after administering an intoxicant, all of which are felonies, each punishable by up to 10 years in state prison.

Now in court, Kristen Dudley, a Pennsylvania state board psychologist, testified that Cosby has an uncontrollable urge to violate young women and would probably commit another offense if given the chance.

Dudley added that Cosby’s assault of Andrea Constand fits a long pattern of predatory behavior by the former “Cosby Show” star.
