Dike Chukwmerije Narrates How He Escaped From Been Hit By Stray Bullet

Nigerian writer, Dike Chukwmerije, has revealed how he narrowly escaped death recently after he almost got hit by a stray bullet.

The author who has had many awards to his name, said his car was parked in front of his house and he was standing beside it when something fell out of the sky and hit the windscreen.

The writer who happens to be the son of late Senator Uche Chukwkumerije, shared photos of the stray bullet and his shattered windscreen in a Facebook post.

“Today, my car was struck by a stray bullet. It was parked in front of my house, and I was standing beside it, when something fell out of the sky and punched a hole through the windscreen,” he wrote.

“At first, I thought someone had thrown a stone or something over the fence. But what I found on my bonnet, amidst the shattered glass, was a spent bullet.
