Arsenal finally opens its counter. Defeated in his first two outings, the London club scored their first win of the season against West Ham in the derby (3-1), Saturday on the third day. Friable defensively, Unai Emery’s men did not show a great level.

Arsenal finally launches its season, without shining. At first domineering, the Gunners quickly fell back in their sidelines to let West Ham take control of the game. Players, Manuel Pellegrini’s men logically opened the scoring with a superb strike from Marko Arnautovic (25th). We thought Arsenal on the brink but the Gunners were quickly able to get back in the game thanks to Nacho Monreal who took advantage of a center Hector Bellerin to equalize (30th).

At half-time Unai Emery took out Alex Iwobi to bring in Alexandre Lacazette . Coaching winner since the French was behind the goal against his camp Issa Diop (70). At 2-1, Arsenal was more serene even if Felipe Anderson put cold sweats in the defense of the Gunners twice (68th, 90th). It was finally Danny Welbeck , well served by Hector Bellerin who allowed his team to blow by scoring the goal of 3-1 (90 + 2).
