Gwamis Challenges Dogara For Losing His Hometown To PDP In The Bye-Election

Elisha Tula Gwamis, Bogoro council Chairman in Bauchi state, has warned the people of the state not to be deceived by what he called “Abuja politicians” in their move against the All Progressive Congress in the state ahead of the 2019 general election.

Gwamis warned political enemies of President Muhammadu Buhari and that of Governor Abubakar to desist from their plot against the president.

He made the statement while addressing APC supporters in Bogoro, the hometown of Yakubu Dogara.

He stated that if it is true that the Speaker still remain a member of APC, why then did the party lose to the Peoples Democratic Party in his hometown in bye-election.

I have warned you to be careful ahead of 2019 election especially to stay away from our politicians living in Abuja and are fighting President Buhari and governor Abubakar through splinter groups within and outside the APC for their selfish gains,” said Gwamis.

He lamented that the political war between Abubakar and Dogara has affected development in the state.

He called on Dogara to end his political differences with Abubakar as a move to truly exonerate himself of been in support of APC and Buhari.

Don’t vote for PDP come 2019 and its nPDP members because they are out, fighting for their personal interest.

He stated that Abuja politicians are the agent of disorderliness within the party, urging Nigerians not to support them in future elections.
