The on-going meeting between the Independent National Electoral Commission and the Electoral Committee members of the House of Representatives has revealed that a staggering N6bn has been budgeted to feed policemen during the 2019 general elections.

The federal lawmakers have raised objection over the amount and have asked the the INEC chairman, Prof. Mahmoud Yakubu, to defend the figures.

This is part of news filtering out of the 2019 election budget defence by INEC before the House of Representatives.
