The All Progressives Congress (APC) Kaduna State has released a strong worded statement against the decision of the National APC to lift Senator Shehu Sani’s suspension.
The national APC had earlier today, released a statement stating that the national leadership of the party had lifted the suspension.
National APC Nullify Senator Shehu Sani Suspension
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has nullified the suspension of Shehu Sani, the senator representing Kaduna Central in the National Assembly, from the party.
Naija News recalls that Sani was suspended in 2017 by the Tudun Wada North (Ward 6) Exco of the APC, on July 31, 2018, the chairman of APC in Kaduna State has confirmed, that Sani was on an indefinite suspension and insisted that the suspension would not be lifted unless the senator apologies to President Muhammadu Buhari and Nasir el-Rufai, Governor of Kaduna State.
Goodwill Akpabio Reportedly Nursing Senate Presidency Ambition
There are strong indications that the Senate Minority Leader, Godswill Akpabio, is defecting to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), so as to become senate president.

Alhaji Abubakar Abdullahi, the coordinator of the group, while speaking to newsmen described Tambuwal’s exit from APC as a betrayal of the people’s mandate given him in the 2015 general elections.

Kano State Deputy Governor, Hafeez Abubakar, has officially resigned his position in the state.
Abubakar tendered his resignation in a letter dated August 5th 2018 and addressed to the state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje on Sunday, Daily Independent reports.
