Will Smith, who happens to be a rapper and actor, wowed the world at the closing ceremony of the World Cup, the actor took to his Instagram page today to congratulate Cardi B on the birth of her daughter, Kulture Kiari Cephus.

The actor also shared video of football fans sending the rapper warm wishes.

“Congrats @iamcardib & @offsetyrn! Wishing You Peace, Joy & Divine Understanding as you journey together in Creation of Family,” wrote the legend who ended the video with mouthing Cardi’s favourite line–”Okurr!”
