Court Orders National Assembly To Begin Buhari’s Impeachment Process
A Federal High Court, sitting in Osogbo has ordered the immediate commencement of the impeachment process against President Muhammadu Buhari.
Justice Maurine Adaobi Onyetenu gave the order today based on the suit filed on the 19th of June, by two Nigerians, Kanmi Ajibola, a lawyer and Sulaiman Adeniyi, a human right activist urging the court to enforce the National Assembly to impeach President Buhari.
Kwankwaso, Other nPDP Members Allegedly Dump APC
Rumour has it that former Governor of Kano state, Rabiu Kwankwaso and some other notable members of the new Peoples Democratic Party, nPDP, may have dumped the All Progressives Congress, APC, party.
Kwankwaso’s spokesperson, Binta Spikin who took to her Facebook page to hint corroboration of the reports said of a brilliant political move that is about to take place in the country.
Cattle Ranches: Better To Give Land And Stay Alive – Presidency
The Presidency has charged Nigerians and state governments to reconsider their stand on the creation of cattle ranches across the country, noting that they are better off living with the ranches than dying through avoidable attacks and killings.

Abaribe Questions His Arrest By DSS, Says He Will Not Be Cowed Into Silence
Enyinnaya Abaribe, senator representing Abia south, who was recently released from the detention of the Secret Police for allegedly sponsoring the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has shared his ordeal.
Abaribe said during his four days period of detention he met Gabriel Suswam, former governor of Benue state who according to him was arrested three days before him.
Court Orders EFCC To Produce Innoson
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Wednesday has been ordered by Justice Olusola Williams of the Special Offences Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, to produce the chairman of Innosson Motors Limited, Innocent Chukwuma in court for arraignment.
The continuous absence of Chukwuma in court, to face forgery charges preferred against him by the EFCC, has instigated the Justice to give the order.
