Macron Urges Youths To Build A Country Of Their Dreams

French President, Emmanuel Macron has today, during an interactive session with not less than 2000 entrepreneurs in Lagos State challenged Nigerian entrepreneurs to believe in their dreams.

The event which is organised by the Tony Elumelu Foundation at the Victoria Island area of the state is set at motivating young Nigerian entrepreneurs.

The session, which is the highlight of Macron’s visit to the country, gave the 2000 entrepreneurs a platform to closely engage with the French President and garner ideas from his experience as one of the youngest heads of state in the world, according to a statement by the foundation.

Mr Macron also encouraged them to believe in their dream and go ahead with their dreams. Mr Macron also says that 60% of the Nigerian population is under 25 years of age. It is 60% of the population who, like me, did not experience colonization. We are the new generation. We will overcome prejudice by rebuilding by culture.
