Adamawa Governor Loses Chief Of Staff To Death

The Chief of Staff to Governor Mohammed Jibrilla of Adamawa State, Abdulrahman Jimeta, is dead, Naija news understands.

According to  report gathered from premium times , the sad news of Jimeta’s death was confirmed by close associates of the politician.

Naija News  also learnt that Jimeta died in the early hours of Monday while performing the leaser Hajj in Saudi Arabia.

“He died this morning in Saudi Arabia where he has gone to perform the leaser Hajj,” a Yola based politician said.

Prior to his death he served Adamawa State in at different parastatals. He was the Chairman Adamawa State Committee for the payment of outstanding salary liabilities from Paris Club Refund in 2017.

Jimeta was also known to be a prominent supporter of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar before his death.
