14 Years Old Girl Raped By Her Sister’s Husband

Eze Onijekachi, a 42-year-old man, have been arraigned before before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for allegedly defiling his wife’s 14-year-old sister and housemaid.

Onijekachi who had pleaded not guilty to a charge of unlawful carnal knowledge of his wife’s sister, lives at No. 44, Joseph Babatunde St., Ajangbadi, Lagos State.

Mrs. A.O. Adegite, the chief magistrate ruled that the case be transfared to the Special Offences Court, Ikeja.

Insp. Onime Idowu, the prosecutor had informed the court that the accused committed the offence on May 16, at 2:00am at the said address.

According to him, the offence is contrary to Section 137 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.

Idowu said that the accused had unlawful carnal knowledge of his wife’s 14-year-old sister, who was living with them and assisting them in looking after their little baby whenever his wife was not away.

Naija News understands that the case was adjourned until June 25 for mention.
