Popular America singer, Beyonce Giselle Carter simply known as Beyonce has purchased a stone structured, 7,500 sq.ft house of God in The Big Easy, New Orleans church, the church is said to be more than 100 years old.

Naija News learnt that the church which was sold to the singer at a discount of $850, 000 was built in the early 1900s, but has been out of commission as a place of worship for some time due to its church members passing away.

Report also has it that the singer and her younger sister, Solange both own properties in the city and may be investing in the community.
