Obaseki who was not in attendance was represented by his Duputy, Mr Philip Shaibu, who took time out to urge the corpers to embrace the federal government’s “Change Begins with Me” initiative, aimed at restoring national values.

He also pleaded with them to give their full strength to their primary place of assignment, (PPA), since its in accordance with the NYSC posting policy.

Obaseki urged the corp members to relate with the people in rural areas and respect the culture of their host communities, stating that the people are friendly and God-fearing.
