Evans The Kidnapper Refused To Come Down From ‘Black Maria’ In Court Today
Notorious kidnap kingpin, Evans, caused a scene today at the Igbosere high court when he refused to come down from prison van that brought him to court.
Naija News learnt that Evan was fighting off prison wardens who tried to take him into the court house for his trial.
Later, the judge in charge of the case, Justice Adedayo Akintoye, ordered that he should be bundled into the court and when he still refused to follow the warders, they dragged him into the court.
A prison warder who spoke on the incidence confirmed that he started the drama at the prison.
The warder revealed that he had refused to follow them from prison but he was dragged.
Naija News recalls that Evans who was arrested last year is standing trial over conspiracy to kidnap and attempted murder.
