Emirate Sacks Ex-Governor’s Son As District Head
Dutse Emirate Council has approved the removal of the suspended District Head of Bamaina , SanTurakin Dutse Mustapha Sule Lamido with immediate effect.
A statement from the Emirate Council signed by the emirate secretary Malam Amadu Malami said a substantive district head will soon be appointed to Bamaina district in Birnin kudu Local government area.
The development followed the confirmation of the allegation leveled against the former district head for participating in active partisan politics.
Naija News learnt that the sacked Santurakin Dutse, District Head of Bamaina , Mustapha Sule Lamido together with his counterpart District Head of Kiyawa Aminu Wada Abubakar are facing corruption charges and being investigated by EFCC for embezzling public funds.
Mustapha is the son of former Jigawa state Governor, Sule Lamido.
