Melaye Injured And Hospitalized After Jumping Out of Police Vehicle (Photos)

Following the report that the Senator representing Kogi West Senatorial district, Dino Melaye jumped out of a moving Police Vehicle conveying him to Kogi state and ran into a thick bush. The senator has been hospitalized after he was rushed to the hospital to treat the injuries he sustained during his escape.

Naija News had earlier reported that the embattled senator from Kogi West is expected to be paraded later this evening among other hardened criminalswho implicated him in the crime that necessitated his arrest.

The Kogi lawmaker was yesterday, prevented from flying out of the country by immigration officers at the Nnamdi Azikwe international airport in Abuja.

Melaye had been in a running battle with the police since the criminals identified him as their gun supplier.
